Frequently Asked Questions
Download the RELP app on iOS or Android, create an account, and select the service you need. Enter your address (HDB block, condo unit, or landed property), describe the job, and choose a preferred date and time. We'll match you with an available vetted provider and confirm your booking.
RELP processes all payments securely through HitPay, a MAS-licensed payment provider. You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayNow. Payment is collected through the app after the job is completed.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule through the app up to 4 hours before your scheduled appointment without a fee. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a cancellation charge. Please refer to our Payment & Refund Policy for full details.
Every provider on RELP goes through an application review, credential check, and background verification before being approved. We also monitor job ratings and customer feedback — providers who consistently underperform are removed from the platform.
RELP currently covers all major residential areas across Singapore, including the Central Region, East, West, North, and North-East. Coverage for specific towns continues to expand. You'll see live availability for your postal code when you book.
If you're unsatisfied with the work done, contact our support team within 48 hours of job completion. We'll review the issue and work to arrange a follow-up visit or, where applicable, process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a job was not completed as agreed or a provider failed to show up, you are entitled to a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete work. All refund requests should be raised through the app or by emailing hello@relp.sg.
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. If you're still locked out, contact our support team via the form below or email hello@relp.sg with your registered mobile number, and we'll sort it out.
Yes — if you had a great experience with a provider, you can mark them as a favourite in the app. We'll prioritise matching you with them for future bookings, subject to their availability.
Yes. Through the app, you can set up recurring home cleaning bookings — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Pricing for regular packages is available within the app. One-off deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans are also bookable.
