RELP Pte. Ltd. ("RELP", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data when you use the RELP platform:
- Account data: Name, mobile number, email address, and profile photo.
- Location data: Your property address (HDB block, condo, or other premises) for service delivery.
- Transaction data: Booking history, job details, payment records (processed by HitPay — RELP does not store card numbers).
- Communications: Messages sent through the in-app chat with Providers or our support team.
- Usage data: App interaction logs, device type, operating system, and IP address.
- Feedback & ratings: Reviews and ratings you leave for Providers.
2. Purpose of Collection
We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and maintain your account on the Platform.
- To match you with an appropriate Provider and facilitate the booking of home services.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To communicate with you regarding your bookings, account, or service updates.
- To send you service-related notifications (e.g., booking confirmations, Provider arrival updates).
- To improve the Platform and personalise your experience.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in Singapore.
Where we seek to use your data for marketing communications beyond service updates, we will obtain your separate consent.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may share your personal data with:
- Providers: We share your name, address, and contact number with the assigned Provider solely to fulfil your Job booking.
- HitPay: Payment processing. HitPay is a MAS-licensed payment service provider subject to its own privacy and data protection obligations.
- Cloud service providers: Our technology infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: Where required by Singapore law, court order, or regulatory direction.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not transfer your personal data outside Singapore without ensuring adequate protections are in place, in compliance with the PDPA.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Singapore law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw your consent for certain uses of your data at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
- Data portability: Where applicable under the PDPA, request transfer of your data in a commonly used format.

6. Cookies and App Tracking
The RELP website (relp.sg) may use functional cookies necessary for the site to operate. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used without your consent. The RELP app may collect anonymised analytics data to improve performance. You may opt out of analytics in your device settings.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
